Dining
There are 3 restaurants: The Italian Trattoria serving delicious pizza and pasta buffets at lunchtime and an la carte menu at dinner. The quaint courtyard Greek Taverna which is open for a continental breakfast every morning and traditional menu in the evening brimming with regional specialities, Mezze and fresh fish. The main hotel restaurant serves breakfast and dinner offering plentiful buffets and grills. A superb snack bar/cafe just by the beach offering hot grilled food, salad bar, sandwiches and more. Open from midday to 3pm daily.

Your holiday price includes dining on a half board basis (breakfast in the Greek Taverna or the Main Restaurant and dinner taken in the Main restaurant or the Trattoria). If you wish to upgrade to the full board package, lunch can be taken from the buffet of hot dishes and pizzas and extensive salad bar in the Trattoria di Mauro .

There are four bars at Lakitira; one each at the swimming pools, the family pool bar being popular in the evening, where you can sit on the terrace overlooking the beach and watch the sun go down. The Beach Bar with plenty of shade and the main hotel bar.

There is a delightful Viva Health and Beauty Salon, waiting to tempt you with a vast menu of massage and beauty treatments, and a well stocked resort shop selling all holiday essentials.

Accommodation at Lakitira is spread across the entire resort and offers whitewashed villa-style apartments ("the village") or fabulous refurbished rooms in the hotel, both comprising suites, junior suites, interconnecting rooms and twins.

Lakitira Hotel
The hotel rooms are recently refurbished in a modern, contemporary design with spacious interior. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, flat screen TVs, safes, fridges and tea & coffee making facilities.

Premium Twin:  As per Twin room but superior location and view.

Lakitira Village
All the rooms in the village have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, hairdyrers, safes, tea & coffee facilities, fridge and complimentary toiletries.

Large Twin:  2 single beds and 1 extra bed as standard. En-suite bathroom. Can take 2 cots and 2 extra beds. Can be joined with mini apartments situated on the 1st floor.
Premium Large Twin:  As per Large Twin but a superior location and view.
Mezzanine Suite:  Entrance door to triple room (3 single beds).  Up to  main bedroom (2 single beds) at mezzanine level and overlooking the ground floor room. 1 x shower room and 1 bathroom. Terrace area at ground floor level.
Suite: Entrance door to triple room (3 single beds). Staircase leading to main bedroom (2 single beds) with separate entrance door. Each room is en-suite.

en-suite. Situated on ground and first floors.
Mini Apartment: 2 rooms, each with entrance door leading into bedroom. Situated on the 1st floor. Can be joined with a ground floor large twin room. The mini apartments are made up of either 3 twin rooms (includes a large twin) or 2 twin rooms (1st floor rooms only)

Lakitira Suites
Throughout July and August we have a third accommodation option which is located just behind the Village with a connecting driveway. Lakitira Suites have 4 room types at the same standard as the refurbished Hotel rooms and have additional facilities including a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and gym. Guests booked here have access to all the normal areas within the main Lakitira complex PLUS all the areas within the Suites.

Sailing at Lakitira
Lakitira is a superb sailing resort which ticks all the boxes for sailors of every level. With light winds most mornings that are ideal for beginners, conditions build in the afternoon to force 3-5 for the more advanced sailors. Lakitira also offers an extensive range of sailing equipment including Lasers, Dart 16X and RS500.

Windsurfing at Lakitira
A flagship resort for windsurfing and sailing, with light winds in the early morning picking up in the afternoon. It is a particularly good windsurfing location as the regular thermal winds that build in the afternoon are well suited for the more advanced windsurfer. Whereas beginners enjoy the lighter winds in the morning.

Scuba Diving at Lakitira
At Lakitira we have an on site PADI dive school offering a range of courses for beginner through to advanced divers.

Tennis
Lakitira is home to our award-winning tennis centre (11 tennis courts in total) offering LTA endorsed coaching programmes for adults and children. Our professional resident tennis coaches provide group coaching based on ability and are also available to give private one on one tuition for adults and children of 4 years upwards.

Childcare
Lakitira Beach Resort is a wonderland for Children. With five super kids clubs, staffed by our qualified British nannies waiting to welcome the children - you can rest assured you will be able to relax on your holiday knowing your children are being fully entertained in a happy and fun environment.

Each club has a structured activity timetable, balancing indoor and outdoor play mindful of the hottest parts of the day.  The older children learn to windsurf and sail a fun boat as part of their club in the company of our nannies and instructors, whilst babies are taking for a stroll in their buggy round the beautiful peaceful gardens.

In addition to the super air-conditioned creches, there is a 24 hour kitchen for your use with microwave, sterilisers and fridge stocked with UHT milk.

At Lakitira there is a separate kids beach with perfect shallow waters for paddling and splashing about, and from where all the children's watersports take place. There is a play area with swings and climbing frames and a astroturf football pitch for a spot of soccer  for the aspiring player.

Baby Club, 4 - 11 months
Our Baby Club provides a calm and comforting environment for the tiny ones and we provide one nanny for two babies. Where possible your child will have the same nanny throughout the week.

Children's Mealtimes
We have a early children's buffet dinner sitting every evening with plenty of healthy child friendly dishes on offer to suit our younger guests taste. There is a 24 hour kitchen available for our guests use, stocked with sterilisers, fridge, microwave, kettle and a supply of UHT milk.
Evening Activities

Free Evening Creche 4mths - 5yrs
We run a supervised evening creche service for children aged 4 months to 5 years. The evening creche is open from 7.30pm until 11.30pm and welcomes you to bring your children along to watch a dvd on a comfy bean bag or play a board game. The little ones are provided with a quiet sleeping area, so their routine is not broken..

Free Evening Entertainment 6 - 17yrs
For children aged 6 to 17 years, we will be running a fully supervised entertainment programme until 10.30pm which includes quiz games, disco, and dvd showings. We ask that you sign children in and out if they wish to join in.

All this leaves you to relax over dinner knowing your children are being safely looked after whilst having a fun time.
